Traffic Doors

Poly-Kor traffic door from Rubbair Door:
Utilizing a patented rubber "honeycomb" sub-frame with flexible urethane foam and bonded ABS facings, the Poly-Kor is a highly versatile traffic door. Its lightweight, durable design is braced by a metal spine/mount assembly that reinforces against panel breakdown at the hinge and bearing areas. Impact resistant ABS panels are bonded to the sub frame to handle abuse from carts, pallets, hand trucks and light forklift traffic without peeling, chipping, denting or corroding.

Poly-Kor�s clean, modern appearance is perfect for retail and commercial applications. Foam insulation, rubber gasketing and safety cushion nosing form a barrier against air currents. Poly-Kor is ideal for use in supermarkets, retail and food processing sites. USDA* - approved wash-down compatible materials suit meat packing applications too. Optional stainless steel or aluminum door facings are available.

Ultra-Lite Door

The Ultra-Lite was designed for effortless:
two-way swing using a unique combination of PVC frame members sonic-welded to ABS panels. There are no adhesives, no mechanical fasteners and no wood stiles. The "welded" construction and insulated foam-filled panels create a composite structure perfect for a wide array of applications.

Its PVC sub-frame provides better structural integrity than wood core doors with lower weight and less jamb stress. Full perimeter gasketing and insulated panels make the Ultra-Lite ideal for supermarket and retail sites � or anywhere energy conservation and sound attenuation are crucial.

The clean attractive Ultra-Lite door is a winner in retail and food preparation environments.

Standard Door

The Standard door has indeed become "the standard" for all traffic doors. Innovative construction with rubber I-beams bonded to flexible vinyl facings ensures flexibility at impact and the �memory� to return to its original shape. Rubber I-beam extrusions, steel spine and aluminum mount assembly add strength at the door�s perimeters and prevent breakdown at the hinge and bearing areas.

The Standard is ideal for any doorway that faces frequent motorized traffic, but is also light and responsive enough for carts and walk-through personnel. Flexible foam insulation, double-loop nosing and blade air seals resist heat, dust and sound transfer.
